The new R&D project “Production of renewable resins from residual biomass” carried out by a consortium in which Ingelia participate, has been awarded a subsidy by the AVI (Valencian Innovation Agency), which in turn has DEFER funds, and therefore it is co-financed by the European Union through the Operational Program of the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.
The project began in March 2021 and its main objective is to provide an innovative solution to the recovery of relevant waste in the Valencian Community, such as the organic fraction of urban solid waste (OFMSW) and rice straw, through researching on obtaining of renewable resins with improved properties in terms of fire retardant and physical-mechanical properties.
