The new R&D project "Production of renewable resins from residual biomass" carried out by a consortium in which Ingelia participates, has been granted a subsidy by the AVI (Valencian Innovation Agency), which in turn has FEDER funds, and is therefore co-financed by the European Union through the Operational Program of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.

The project began in March 2021 and its main objective is to provide an innovative solution to the recovery of relevant waste in the Valencian Community, such as the organic fraction of urban solid waste (FORSU) and rice straw, by researching the production of renewable resins with improved fireproof and physical-mechanical properties.
